This Fulfillment Policy governs the delivery, refund, and cancellation terms for services provided by Verissimus Enterprise LLC, doing business as Limitless Agency Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our”). This policy is designed to comply with card network rules, Stripe’s standards, and general e-commerce best practices.

1. Description of Services

‍

Limitless Agency Consulting provides strategic business coaching, digital consulting, and implementation support to agency owners, consultants, and digital business operators. Services may include:

• Access to coaching sessions (group and/or private)
  
• Strategic planning frameworks and templates
  
• Slack™-based communication and support
  
• Implementation tools and audit resources
  
• Other digital materials, recordings, and deliverables
  
  • All services are delivered virtually. No physical products are shipped.
    
    

2. Fulfillment Process

‍

Upon successful payment, clients will receive:

• A confirmation email with onboarding instructions
  
• Access credentials to Slack™ or other communication platforms
  
• Scheduling links and/or digital assets as applicable
• Access to services typically begins within 1–2 business days. In some cases, access is granted immediately. Because fulfillment begins upon access, clients acknowledge that service delivery starts promptly after purchase.
  
  

3. Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window:
Clients may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of their initial payment by sending a written cancellation request to:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds will not be processed to alternative cards, accounts, or payment channels.

No Refunds After 14 Days:
All fees become non-refundable and fully earned after the 14-day window, regardless of:

• Session attendance or participation
  
• Implementation progress
  
• Business results
  
• Client availability or scheduling conflicts
  
  • Monthly or recurring payments are not prorated.
    
    

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients enrolled in ongoing or month-to-month services may cancel with 30 days’ written notice before their next billing date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in continued billing, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

‍

By purchasing services, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institution for any amount outside the 14-day refund window.

Any unauthorized or meritless chargebacks will be treated as a breach of our service agreement and may result in:

• A $500 administrative processing fee per incident
  
• Immediate suspension of access to services
  
• Engagement of legal collection procedures
  
• Recovery of all related fees, damages, and attorney costs
  
  • Clients are expected to resolve all issues in good faith through the Company’s support channels prior to initiating any external disputes.
    
    

6. Limitations of Service

The Company reserves the right to restrict, pause, or terminate access to services under the following conditions:

• Client engages in disruptive, abusive, or unprofessional conduct
  
• Client violates program rules, misuses proprietary content, or disrespects staff or community members
  
• Client fails to comply with payment obligations or support requests
  
• Client shares login credentials or attempts to resell access
  
  • No refunds are granted for terminations due to misconduct or policy violations.
    Clients are responsible for maintaining internet access, using supported devices, and resolving any technical issues on their end. The Company is not responsible for missed sessions or delivery delays caused by client-side access problems.

All services are educational and informational in nature. The Company does not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Client results vary based on effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
Nothing in our services constitutes legal, medical, tax, financial, or investment advice. Clients should consult independent professionals before acting on any information.

We reserve the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time to reflect updates in services, legal requirements, or industry standards. The most current version will always be posted on our website and is effective upon publication.
